The face of the project.

Marcus B. Muller, founder.
At age 14, I was looking for meaning and was determined to become a success in life. I sticky-taped a world map above my bed. Each evening I would look at the map fantasizing when and where I would find meaning. Maybe success was waiting for me in a corner of a side-street in New York, London, Paris, Sydney, Rio or Tokyo.
I have been looking for meaning in my early life as a son, schoolboy and student. Later, professionally, I was chasing success around the world as an electrical engineer, financial software developer, Big4 management consultant, ironman triathlete and WallStreet investment banker.
Exhausted from the daily races of my quest, I suffered a complete system failure. Recovering in a Buddhist monastery in Kathmandu/Nepal, I discovered that the secret to the way I live is how I give. Since then, I have got my PhD in social psychology and have been teaching as a professor of management at universities in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and Luxembourg. The meaning of my life has become to successfully inspire people to live amazing human lives – integrating who they are with what they do.
